LilaConnect has reached an exciting new milestone: we’ve now connected 15,000 customers! We are delivering on our vision to provide the UK with first-class gigabit full fibre broadband that is future-proofed for decades to come.

A massive thank you to the amazing 15,000 loyal customers who have chosen LilaConnect as your Internet Service Provider. Milestones are a real sign of growth but more importantly, we’ve helped with some of the key things in life. Our service keeps you connected with loved ones, enables seamless streaming and gaming and enhances your remote work capabilities – all while reducing the digital divide.

The past year has been one of progress. LilaConnect became part of the Freedom Fibre Group following the merger with VX Fiber. We also announced key partnerships with community hubs like Stoke City FC, Stoke Council, Silicon Stoke Board, and The Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce plus many more! Excitingly, we relocated to the Science & Technology park at Keele University, transforming the way we work in relation to Sales & Marketing strategies.

Look, we can pat ourselves on the back all we want but our main focus is our customers, and your feedback is what matters most. To celebrate this milestone, we visited our 15,000th customer, Michael, and handed him a big sign and hamper to mark the occasion and hear firsthand about his and his family’s experience with LilaConnect so far.

 

 

How important is a fast and stable internet connection for your daily lives?

“We’re experiencing a serious improvement in speed and stability with our LilaConnect broadband connection. I run my own business from home and I’m about to start a master’s degree at Staffordshire University, so a fast internet service is essential to us. My wife is a university lecturer, so a reliable connection is crucial, especially when we’re both joining Teams or Zoom meetings at the same time (which often happens).”

What factors influenced the switch to LilaConnect from your previous broadband provider?

“We weren’t particularly satisfied with our previous provider, so we looked around for the best value broadband in Stoke and found that LilaConnect offered the most affordable gigabit products in the area.”

How has LilaConnect’s customer service experience been for you?

“The team at LilaConnect were really helpful too, from the very beginning, through to the installation of the router – a really positive customer experience overall!”

In what ways has LilaConnect’s broadband service positively impacted your professional and personal life?

“I also use several social media platforms as a way of promoting my business through a whole host of different smart devices.”

How did it feel to be recognised as LilaConnect’s 15,000th customer, and would you recommend their services to others?

“It was a lovely surprise to learn that we were the 15,000th customer and the arrival of the team with a hamper was a nice human touch. We’re so happy with the service that we’ve recommended Lila to our friends and neighbours.”
