If you want to host a website, run a VPN server or having issues hosting certain online games, a static IP might be needed.
Yes, you can upgrade your LilaFibre 250, LilaFibre 500, or LilaFibre 1 Gigabit to LilaFibre Gaming which includes a static IP address. You can do so by logging into your account on our online portal.
You can also request a static IP address to be added onto your current package (excluding LilaFibre 2.5 Gigabit) for an additional £6 per month. Please call our friendly customer service team on 0800 955 6670 to check availability.
